A celebration of life gathering will be Thursday, June 30, 2022, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Wilmington in its Activity Center on Independence Blvd. This event will be a drop-in/floating assembly of friends and family.
Ms. Ellis, a Mount Olive native and retired teacher at Topsail High School, died June 5, 2022, at the age of 70.
