ROSE HILL — Tateyawna Faison matched her career high in rebounds with 19 and helped lead North Duplin past Union, 68-40, in a Carolina 1A girls’ basketball game Tuesday evening.
Faison tallied 18 points for the Rebels, who collected their 13th consecutive regular-season league win.
Reece Outlaw provided 20 points, five assists and four steals. Addy Higginbotham registered 10 points and five assists. Meghan Martin contributed seven points and three rebounds.
Lily Brothers had six points.
The Rebels (12-1 overall, 3-0 Carolina) extended their win streak to six over the Spartans.
North Duplin’s varsity boys prevailed, 66-48.
