The University of Mount Olive Psychology Department will offer a free Adult Mental Health First Aid Course. The event will be held on Feb. 4, in Raper Hall Room 130 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. The course will focus on training individuals to recognize the signs of mental distress and possibly save lives and raise awareness on the importance of mental health.
