Mountolivetribune.com is now offering interactive web games for its viewers

As the mountolivetribune.com continues to grow its online presence — up already to 13,000 views per month — offerings for online readers are increasing as well.

Starting today, mountolivetribune.com will have interactive games of all kinds for those who enjoy puzzles, coloring or solving math problems.

“We are so excited to be able to offer this set of games to those online viewers of the Tribune,” said publisher Sherry Matthews. “It is our way of both saying thank you to all those who are going online to catch the latest in local news, sports, features and weather and to entice others to join the growing number of viewers we have now.”

Matthews said the viewership, up to over 13,000 per month in less than 12 weeks, shows just how much people in the Mount Olive, Faison, Spring Creek, Calypso and Beautancus areas have wanted to see a return of local news to the area.

“It has been a joy hearing the comments from residents who are so excited to have the Tribune back. We plan to continue to grow our readership and grow our content offerings. We have a great group of writers in Rudy Coggins, Steve Herring and Kathy Westbrook, and they will be out and about supplying the stories that make the area so unique to Wayne and Duplin counties.”

Mountolivetribune.com is offering eight different games on its website at Fun Games! | Mount Olive Tribune. You can find the games, which include Bingo, Coloring, Daily Sudoku, Casino Blackjack, Daily Anagram Crossword, Dunk Balls, on the site either under the sections on the left-hand side of the Home page or along the menu bar.

“These are our first offerings. We have others, but we didn’t want to overload the site so that users have a good and fast experience when playing the games. We would love input about which games you like and which you don’t so email me,” Matthews said.

She can be reached at sieditor5860@gmail.com.

“Go to the site, play the games and have a little fun,” Matthews urged. “We truly hope everyone enjoys them.”
