Each year, the NC State Fair works to showcase the state’s agriculture, agribusiness, crafts and culture of the state. For 10 days, the fairgrounds, which are located near NC State University in Raleigh, are filled with tens of thousands of people who come to get a look at prize-winning livestock, produce, cooking specialties, folk art and more. The 2024 NC State Fair will run through Sunday, Oct. 27.
