WENDELL — Southern Wayne continues to struggle on the soccer pitch after a 4-1 loss Thursday evening at Quad County 3A foe East Wake.
Alex Trejo scored the lone goal for the Saints, who are winless in six road contests this season.
SW goalie Jefferson Morales logged nine saves.
Southern Wayne dropped to 0-5-1 in last six outings. The Saints (4-11-1 overall, 2-4-1 QCC) are the guests of South Johnston next Monday.
