Due to the adverse weather conditions, Wednesday, Aug. 7 – Friday, Aug. 9 will be optional workdays for all 11 and 12-month employees and Duplin Early College staff. All extracurricular activities will be canceled. School officials have announced that employees who feel safe to work may choose to work, or employees may opt to take leave for these days. Duplin Early College’s first day of school for students will now be Monday, Aug. 12. Duplin Early College Open House is being held Tuesday night.
