GOLDSBORO — Wayne Community College is partnering with BibliU, a leading provider of digital learning content and campus store management, to provide a more affordable and accessible learning experience for all students.
Starting in the fall semester, the College will implement BibliU’s Universal Learning+ solution that provides students with first-day content access and about 90 percent digital booklist coverage at significant savings. As part of Universal Learning+, BibliU’s eCommerce technology will allow WCC to maintain a physical and online campus store.
The store will continue to sell course-specific supplies and other merchandise, such as apparel and school supplies.
By leveraging BibliU’s innovative technology, WCC aims to reduce the financial burden on students and ensure that every student, regardless of their financial background, has access to the necessary resources for their academic journey.
“Student success is at the very essence of our mission. Partnering with BibliU will provide course materials to our students on the very first day of class, which is key to beginning a student’s successful journey in a course. The course material will be available electronically on any device at the start of a course,” explained WCC President Patty Pfeiffer.
“As the heartbeat of campus life, a BibliU campus store offers more than just products—it’s a hub of energy, creativity, and community,” added Dave Sherwood, CEO of BibliU. “From curating the latest trends to connecting with students and faculty, our goal is to support academic success and promote an inclusive educational environment. This partnership is a testament to our commitment.”
