In a significant stride toward advancing nursing education, the University of Mount Olive has recently acquired three cutting-edge high-fidelity simulators, thanks to the Golden LEAF Foundation Grant. University officials will have those new advances on display during an open house Monday, April 15, 3 to 6 p.m., in the UMO Nursing Simulator lab, located on the second floor of the Communications Building. Attendees will have the opportunity to talk with current nursing students and faculty, see simulator demonstrations, and find out how these simulators are improving the educational nursing landscape.
