The Exchange Club of Mount Olive recognized the group’s Students of the Month for October. Yunnuen Vega-Huerta from Southern Wayne High School and Ingrid Ricajche-Olvera from North Duplin High School received their certificates at a recent club meeting. Exchange Club president Amberley Martin Davis, presented the awards. Students from both high schools are eligible to receive a $1,000 scholarship at the end of the year. Club officials offered thanks to Mount Olive Pickle Company and Southern Bank for underwriting the Student of the Month scholarships.
