KENANSVILLE — Duplin County’s annual Senior Christmas and Senior Expo will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14 at the Duplin County Events Center, 195 Fairgrounds Drive.
Senior citizens are invited to the event that celebrates the holidays with the addition of providing preventative health and education resources all in one location.
The expo will host a variety of health screenings, educational resources, music, arts/crafts, and a holiday meal.
This is a great opportunity to connect resources available for seniors, and receive some healthy incentive rewards, organizers said.
This event is made possible by the Family Cooperative fund, and the Duplin County Community Foundation, an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation, and Operation Round-Up Foundation of Tri-County Electric Membership Corp.
