Wanted woman found with drugs, deputies say


A Raleigh woman, wanted on probation violations, was arrested with drugs at a Dudley home Saturday, according to deputies with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

Brigette Nicole Skiba, 34, of 6301 Bannock Court, was located and arrested at 110 Lake Ave.

“During the arrest process, Skiba was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia,” deputies said in a release Monday.

Skiba was charged with possessing methamphetamine, possessing heroin, possessing drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor probation violations. She was being held in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $7,500 secured bond.
