No COVID spike seen in town labor force

There’s been no spike in active COVID cases among the town’s labor force.

Jammie Royall, town manager, said there was an active case two weeks ago and that employee is quarantined at home.

About a dozen employees, including Royall, had contact with that employee. They all took a COVID test at Goshen Medical Center and none were reported as positive.

Residents are reminded that masks are required inside town facilities.

Royall continues to encourage employees to wear their masks and follow all other COVID protocols.
