COMMUNITY COLLEGE
CONTINUING EDUCATION DATA COORDINATOR – Provide supervision for all activities associated with registration and records; provide supervision for Continuing Education (CE) registration, grading and end of semester reports.  Coordinate the orderly flow of federal, state and local reports on a timely basis.  Position may include evening, weekend and off-campus assignments.  Reports to the Dean of Continuing Education.  Requirements:  Associate degree in Applied Science in Office Systems Technology, Accounting or related field and willingness to complete a Bachelors Degree within 3 years of employment at the employee’s expense.  Experience with multiple computer software programs.  Typing speed of 50 words per minute.  Three years minimum experience with student records, data processing, systems analysis or record management.  Some office management experience.  Ability to work in detail with perseverance and a high degree of accuracy.
SENIOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT-CASHIER/SECRETARY – Perform a variety of Business Office activities involving student accounts, registration; serve as cashier; perform complex secretarial tasks.  Requirements:  Associate degree in Secretarial Science, Accounting or closely related field.  Some computer and word processing skills.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – COLLEGE ADVANCEMENT/RECEPTIO-NIST (20 hours per week) – Serve as relief receptionist and college switchboard operator; refer or transfer calls to appropriate stations; place long distance calls; schedule use of college facilities and college vans; greet and direct visitors; perform administrative support tasks for College Advancement.  Requirements:  Associate Degree in secretarial science or closely related field.  Some computer application and word processing skills.  Good communication and human relations skills.
