  Wayne County Sheriff's Dept. reports

14 August 2008 –According to Wayne County Sheriff Department Reports, Edward William Mason II, 24, of 402 Rollingwood Dr. in Dudley was charged with driving while license is revoked on Monday, August 4 at 12:30 p.m. A $1,000 bond has been set.

Lindsey Brooke Glover, 20, of 1139 Thunder Swamp Rd. in Mount Olive reported an assault on a female, communicating threats and damage to real property on Sunday, August 4 at 10 p.m.

Teddy Allen Moody, 31, of 340 Thigpen Dairy Rd. in Mount Olive reported damage to property on Tuesday, August 5 at 12:20 p.m.
Approximately $650 worth of damage was done to a 2002 black Hyundai Elantra.

Gary Jernigan Jr., 17, of 2522 Indian Springs Rd. in Dudley reported an assault on a female, Debbie Lynn Jernigan, 41, of 2522 Indian Springs Rd. in Dudley on Monday, August 4 at 8:30 p.m.

Patricia Faye Kelly, 57, of 2631 NC 55 West in Mount Olive reported an identity theft on Monday, August 4 at 8:45 a.m. Approximately $200 worth of cash was stolen. It was withdrawn from a bank in Georgia.

Shandall Tyrone Hines, 23, of 152 South Running Deer Circle in Dudley reported a breaking and entering and larceny on Sunday, August 3 at 9:12 p.m.

Approximately $40 worth of items were stolen including a black pocketbook, wallet, North Carolina driver’s license and other identification cards and credit cards.

Kedric Antwan Owens, 36, of 213 Odom Ave. in Mount Olive reported injury to property and larceny on Sunday, August 3 at 12:30 p.m.

His 1996 Ford Explorer was stolen and found in an open area across from 3059 Old Mount Olive Highway in Mount Olive.

Approximately $2,000 worth of damage was done to his windshield and windows. A $400 am/fm stereo receiver was stolen.

Diane Stevens, 40, of 1001 East Courtyard Circle in Goldsboro reported an assault on a female on Saturday, August 2 at 9:05 p.m. The assault occurred at Indian Springs Rd. and Chell Dr. in Mount Olive.

Abelia Rosa McCullough, 22, of 119 Hood Swamp Rd. in Goldsboro reported a larceny of gas on Saturday, August 2 at 5:20 p.m. at Wilco-Hess at 2775 US 117 South in Mount Olive. Approximately $90 worth of gas was stolen.

Roberta Lynn Barnes, 40, of 193 Golden Circle in Dudley reported a breaking and entering on Saturday, August 2 at 4:30 p.m.

Approximately $20 worth of damage was done to the Styrofoam insulation board from the window opening.

Lou Anne Arthur, 37, and Jessica Arthur, 15, of 182 Rockford Church Rd. in Seven Springs reported an assault on Saturday, August 2 at 4:10 p.m.

Susan Ann Faircloth, 51, of 294 Honeywell Lane in Mount Olive reported damage to property on Saturday, August 2 at 11:05 a.m. Approximately $800 worth of damage was done to the rear bumper of a 2000 Oldsmobile.

Teresa Capps Summerlin, 42, of 3872 US Highway 117 Alternate in Dudley reported damage to property on Saturday, August 2 at 9 a.m.

Approximately $1,500 worth of damage was done to a 2006 Kia.
Matthew Jerome Short, 39, of 122 Heather Ann Lane in Dudley reported injury to property on Saturday, August 2 at 8:30 a.m. Approximately $2,000 worth of damage was done to a 1995 Hyundai Elantra.

Patricia Ugarte, 27, of 522 Sleepy Creek Rd. in Dudley reported a larceny of a $75 boys’ bicycle on Friday, August 1 at 7 a.m.

Robert Eugene Kornegay, 71, of 1601 Genoa Rd. in Dudley reported a breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle on Thursday, July 31 at 10:36 a.m.

Approximately $1,500, all in twenties, was stolen.

Harry Jordan, 59, of 112 Washington Ave. in Mount Olive was arrested for a domestic assault of a female and communicating threats on Tuesday, August 5 at 4:25 a.m. No bond was set.

Mindy Robinson, 24, of 1619 Dobbersville Rd. in Mount Olive was arrested for assaulting a child and injury to personal property on Monday, August 4 at 2 p.m. A $1,000 bond was set.

Daniel Diaz Velazquez, 27, of 119 Willard Ln. in Dudley, was cited for speeding, driving while not in possession of a license and driving while license is revoked on August 3 at 12:15 p.m. A bond of $500 was secured.

Elaine Robinson, 27, of 124 Elkin Rd. in Dudley was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats on August 2 at 4:40 p.m.

William Merritt, 50, of 134 Gable Dr. in Dudley was charged with driving while license is revoked on August 3 at 2:30 p.m. A $500 bond was secured.

Tasej Santos Riscajche, 35, of 105 Lot 3 Pacific Dr. in Dudley was charged with one count of assault on a female on August 2 at 8:40 p.m. No bond was set.

Matthew Peek Jr., 65, whose last available address is reported as 936 Grantham School Rd., was charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a child on August 2 at 10:10 p.m. A bond of $15,000 was secured.

John Henry Waters, 62, of 161 Mitchell Rd. in Dudley was charged with breaking and entering on August 1 at 3 p.m.

Lajena Bryant, 28, of 201 East Pollock St. in Mount Olive was charged with driving while impaired and failing to stop at a steady red light on August 1 at 8:30 a.m. A bond of $2,500 was set.

Lakisha Simone Burns, 27, of 107 McDonald Dr. in Mount Olive was charged with second-degree trespassing, breaking and entering and simple assault on August 1 at 1:55 p.m. A bond of $1,000 was set.

Senus Ricardo Lofton, 22, of 126 Progressive Lane in Dudley was charged with disorderly conduct on August 1 (no time available). A bond of $2,000 was set.
