7 August 2008 – Southern Wayne High School football players take a 1:30 a.m. water break during the school’s annual “Midnight Madness” opening football practice Friday morning. The players hit the field shortly after midnight and practiced until about 3 a.m., at which time they were served a hot breakfast.
